About this Property
A complete holiday destination, Seseh Beach Villa 1 is the ideal spot if you are looking for a private hide-out from the rest of the world amidst 2000sqm of tropical forests. The five-bedroom retreat is accompanied by the ocean with infinite waters for as far as your eyes can reach. The villa features a Sonos music system to ensure that you can always dance to tunes of your choice. The traditional and modern come together beautifully at Seseh, giving you a complete experience.
The villa boasts of not one but two master suites, each situated on the upper floor, leading out to the rooftop lounge, the perfect spot to catch the mesmerizing sunset or even to just gaze at the gorgeous ocean in the distance. The master bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs, an enormously comfy setting. There are walk-in closets for all your belongings. The en-suite bathrooms are not regular bathrooms at all, they have their private gardens with showers or large terrazzo bathtubs.
The three guest bedrooms are on the lower floor, and open out to the tropical gardens through verandas furnished with armchairs. The rooms are all furnished with king-sized beds and smart TVs, as well as closets. Each of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.

After you submit your reservation, we’ll send you a secure invoice via Xendit for the 50% deposit.
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before your stay, and we’ll send a reminder and invoice closer to the time.
No payment is taken on the website.
Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, a partial refund may apply (depending on the villa’s terms).
- If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If we must cancel your booking for any reason, you will be offered an alternative stay of similar or higher standard, or a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.
