Great villa in Seminyak right near ku de ta and beach. Also walking distance to all eateries. Bali Villas were very helpful and easy to contact. Thank you Wayan for all your help and always answering our messages and calls straight away. Villa was very comfortable and clean. Staff were all a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Was terrible place. Never got clean sheets or towels. Upstairs shower leaked through the lights downstairs. We actually could not finish our stay here. Cupboards never closed or doors fell off. Noone ever answered phone or whats app. Kitchen was disgusting and had ants everywhere. But pool was clean .

Our recent stay at Villa Umah Maya was absolutely wonderful. The traditional villa is situated opposite the popular Corner House and down a small lane off Eat Street. Considering the busy but perfect location, the villa is quiet and peaceful. My husband and I travelled with our 2 teenage daughters and despite my initial reservations about the lane we felt so safe and secure at all times. The villa itself was beautifully clean and had everything we could possibly need including a water dispensing machine which was great. Upon check in we were met by the lovely Emy who greeted us with welcome drinks and a tour of the villa. There were fresh flowers and a fresh bowl of fruit. The pool was just heaven, big, clean and a good temperature for cooling off. There was good air-conditioning in all the bedrooms but obviously due to the open design of the villa it was warm in the main areas and bathrooms but we didn't find it bad at all. The only couple of things that could be deemed negative (but didn't really bother us to be honest) were: 1) power went out a fair bit but we were told that this is going to be looked at. 2) besides the house keeper Emy who arranges with you when she's going to come and clean there are a couple of people I.e gardener and pool man who just turn up and do their thing. A couple of electricians/maintenance men also came for a while when we were just trying to relax. Lovely people and just doing their jobs but not sure they all needed to be there whilst we were staying. Emy does a wonderful job of keeping the villa clean and a pleasant place to stay. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Maxceo. The photos do not do the villa justice! It is big and beautiful and very spacious. It is close to walk to so many great places to eat and drink and is also very quiet. Besides the mosque calls that can be heard in the early morning 😂 We loved our stay and will be back!
