With its palm tree-dotted garden, glassy 19-meter long lap pool and expansive living areas, this seven-bedroom Villa sets a whole new standard of luxury. Combining elegance with traditional Indonesian décor laid across striking 1900 square meters of land, this Villa offers a heavenly retreat for extended groups of families, friends and special occasions. Set along a quiet lane in the center of Seminyak, the beach, endless shopping, excellent dining and a vivid nightlife are within walking distance.
The villa houses a total of seven gorgeous bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests. The master suite is located at the head of the pool and offers direct access to the pool deck. The interior of the master suite is decorated with lots of love to detail, displaying antique furniture, distinctive traditional Indonesian artifacts, and artworks that give the room an elegant, yet stylish look. For your comfort, the suite is fitted with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioner, and desk. A high ceiling pavilion roof and large glass sliding doors keep the room sunlit. Beautifully wood-carved leaf doors lead from the bedroom to the extensive walk-in dressing room that connects to the private en-suite bathroom. The modern bathroom is partially shielded by a glass pavilion, creating an outdoor experience, featuring two washbasins, a natural stone bathtub, and a shower area.
Although all guest rooms share an equally chic interior with traditional and luxurious elements, every room is individually designed and has unique characteristics. All guestrooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV, an air-conditioner, a sizable walk-in closet and large glass sliding doors that open up to the exotic garden of the villa. After you submit your reservation, we’ll send you a secure invoice via Xendit for the 50% deposit.
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before your stay, and we’ll send a reminder and invoice closer to the time.
No payment is taken on the website.
Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, a partial refund may apply (depending on the villa’s terms).
- If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If we must cancel your booking for any reason, you will be offered an alternative stay of similar or higher standard, or a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.
