RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the specific Villa Rental Conditions, reservations are final and cannot be cancelled or changed. However, the Owners will make every effort to accommodate any changes in the dates of stay if notified by the Client at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made by the Client are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental Conditions.
Modification and Administrative Fees
Any modification to the Client’s reservation, or any refund request, is subject to administrative fees of USD 200 (Two Hundred United States Dollars).
TRAVEL INSURANCE
The Client is responsible for the payment of all rental costs and for complying with these Booking Terms & Conditions.

RENTAL INCLUSIONS
Included Services
The rental prices include the following, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental Conditions:
- Use of a furnished and fully-equipped villa for the duration specified in the confirmation voucher.
- Provision of household linen, crockery, cutlery, and electrical household appliances.
- Cost of water, electricity, gas, pool, and garden maintenance.
- Villa Variability: All villas are privately owned, and therefore, decor, colors, and inventories may vary.
- Payment Terms
Balance Payment
The balance of the rent is payable before arrival (typically 60 days prior, though this schedule may vary per villa), directly to the Company, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental Conditions.
Non-Payment Consequences
If full payment is not received as specified, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refuse admission to the Villa.
- Currency and Payment Conditions
Currency
Rental prices are set in a specific currency at the time of reservation (Villa Default Currency).
Exchange Rate Variability
The exchange rate between the Villa Default Currency and the Payment Currency may fluctuate. The exchange rate on the day of payment will determine the amount due in the Payment Currency. Consequently, deposit and balance payments, while equal in the Villa Default Currency, may differ in the Payment Currency.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Credit Card. The Client is responsible for all bank charges. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% service charge.
