This spacious 5 bedrooms villa is nestled in a beautiful valley of Umalas, offering stunning rice field views as well as gorgeous sunsets. 5 minutes from busy Seminyak or 10 minutes from famous Canggu beach, the location is ideal and offers peace and comfort. Huge living room (120 m2) with fully equipped opened kitchen overlooking your private pool, tropical lush garden, and rice fields. Get an authentic feel of the real Bali with this villa, but with high-standard comfort. Built by an Australian architect, this villa offers big volumes and an extraordinary view of Balinese rice fields but also all the comfort of modern houses with Cable TV, DVD, flat screen TV in all 5 bedrooms, and a special 3D TV in the master bedroom (including a hard drive with more than a 100 blockbusters movies). All bedrooms are fitted with hotel-quality mattresses, pillows, and linen. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is very large (35 m2) and all open to the living area, it is also fully equipped and a very pleasant place to cook dinner or have a “cook on demand” to come and prepare you nice dinners. The kitchen comes with an American fridge as well as a wine fridge.

Villa comes with 2 maids, 3 gardeners, and pool maintenance, there is also nighttime security. This villa also has a pool table, as well as a Gym room overlooking your private pool as well as the beautiful rice fields of Bali. Equipped with a Generator in case of power failure from the city. We also have to mention the barbecue area, with a large table on the outside terrace as well as an upstairs private terrace, ideal for sunset drinks or yoga in the early mornings – it is actually extremely peaceful and invites for meditation. The sunset in front of the villa, on top of the rice fields and it is quite a magical hour to experience.

The villa is located on Jalan Bumbak / Umalas, which is between Seminyak and Canggu, hence very close to the main center with shops and famous restaurants, yet just far enough to find peace and quiet once you reach home. It is a 5 minutes drive to Seminyak and a 10 minutes drive to the beaches of Canggu or Brawa. Also, 10 minutes drive to get to the Canggu Club with its tennis courts, splash park, gym, bowling alley, and bounce area, not to mention the gym, restaurants, and cafes.

All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager who will be able to assist with massages/spa treatments, tours and travel, car or scooter hire, and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.

Please state in your inquiry if you’d require airport transfers. There’s a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9 pm – 7 am). The fee is payable to the driver directly.

Villa rental requires a security deposit of USD 300, to be settled upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded on check-out after verification by the staff.
