This beautiful one-bedroom luxury villa in Umalas comfortably sleeps three people and is the perfect designer hideaway for a couple or a small group of friends.

Located in a quiet but safe alley (or ‘gang’), villa Ruku Ruku sits right between the glamour of Seminyak and the laid-back vibes of Canggu. Well-known for its excellent choice of trendy boutiques, cafes and eateries, Umalas is also the perfect gateway for exploring the rest of what Bali has to offer.

Recently renovated to a very high standard, the villa’s interior combines tropical minimalism with authentic Balinese design. The living and dining space is stylish and warm. Its large windows and doors can be closed off entirely to provide for air-conditioned comfort. This space has plenty of seating with a large sofa that also doubles up as an additional single bed. The air-conditioned bedroom gives out on the pool area and has a romantic four-poster bed with a queen-size mattress. It comes with an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower.

The villa’s beautifully designed garden and private pool are walled off and provide plenty of privacy. It has a lovely gazebo with a table perfect for alfresco dining or late-night cocktails. The garden comes with an extra little surprise in the form of a hatch which provides stunning views over the surrounding rice fields.

Villa Ruku Ruku has a fully equipped modern kitchen that includes all mod cons. We’d very much recommend you let our private chef take care of the cooking instead, so you can focus on fully enjoying your holiday. At an additional cost, she’ll prepare you the most delicious daily breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners. She’ll also gladly throw in a little masterclass in Indonesian cooking – perfect if you want to impress the crowd back home.

Speaking of which, our super-friendly and helpful villa staff simply love looking after you. They take great pride in making your stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. Daily housekeeping and cleaning are of course included in the price – allowing you to simply sit back, relax and enjoy this beautiful island.
