Designed in the iconic colonial style, Villa Tamarama features two large ocean front suites, two garden view suites and a master suite with outdoor shower — whilst the large ocean front bale is the perfect spot for spectacular sunset views.

Why not start the day with a dip in your private clifftop pool, then enjoy breakfast in the adjoining dining bale. You can lounge away the day or indulge in a Vela Spa treatment in the seclusion of your villa.

You’ll enjoy priority access to Sundays Beach Club at the foot of the cliff, so head down to soak up the sun and explore the crystal clear lagoon with complimentary water sports.

Vela Spa

With breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from the main treatment room, Vela Spa is a seductive experience. With a selection of signature experiences including massage, facial, skin and nail treatment it is a remarkable location to pamper yourself. In-Villa treatments for Resort guests can also be arranged.

The Gym

The Gym is exclusively for use of Resort guests and is equipped with ‘Life Fitness’ weight training machine, cross trainer, treadmill, bike, rowing machine, as well as free weights. Personal trainers or yoga instructors can be arranged on request.

Available 06:00 am – 22:00 pm, or by prior appointment.

Tennis & Putting Green

Enjoy a spot of tennis on our synthetic grass court. Racquets, balls and professional coaches are available for use for Resort guests on request. Get in some practice on our putting green before you head over to the golf course. Pitching wedges, putters and balls are available for complimentary use of Resort guests. Please see your Butler to arrange a booking.

The Location

The Ungasan is located a short drive from one of Bali’s most important Hindu Temples, Pura Uluwatu. Dating from before the 11th Century, the temple is a revered holy site now famous for its nightly Kecak dance and families of cheeky monkeys.
