The villa is an open-air house directly on the beach with no direct neighbours. The house is located between Bingin beach and Impossible beach / Padang Padang. It’s a perfectly calm and soothing environment, to relax, or simply unwind, swim (at low tide), and surf. There is a 10min walk down to the villa. This Villa is a 2 storey house, nested on the bottom of the cliff in Bingin (South Kuta), a secluded place directly on the beach. Breathtaking 180˚ ocean view & over Bali volcanoes, 2 international surf breaks right in front (Bingin & Impossible). 3 bedrooms with ocean view, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, kitchen, 2 open-air living areas, and 1 private beach terrace with sunbeds.
The total house represents roughly 300 sqm with the additional private beach area of 50 sqm. On the 1st floor is the kitchen (equipped with basics), dining and cozy living area with built-in sofas, and 1 bathroom shower (cold water shower). Upstairs is a large wooden veranda with its living area, antique sofas, and a chill-out daybed. From this area, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean and the volcano stripe. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, mosquito net + fan, an open-air bathroom (hot water shower, toilet, stone basin). This bedroom sleeps, 2 persons. The other 2 bedrooms have a large bed and 1 single bed. All equipped with mosquito nets & air-condition. To reach the house, from the clifftop parking, you have to walk down a narrow path. about 7 min walk with many stairs at some parts. It will be 7 minutes of steep descent to this secluded place. It’s worth the effort!
