Villa Cinta

Villa Cinta is a beautiful building. The villa contains with four-bedroom private villa along with a private swimming pool. In addition, the villa is well-equipped with Air Conditioning and a washing machine for you to use. The kitchen is already equipped with all necessary kitchenware for your immediate need of cooking. This villa blends perfectly with its convenient location that is ideal for your family. The villa is located on a land size of 950㎡. The total building size of the villa is 244㎡.

You would feel very relaxed and enjoyable to be at this gorgeous villa with the natural ambiance inside it. It is going to be hard for you to leave the villa at your check-out time. You would always want to come back for more days to spend… It is situated in Jl. Cinta, Ubud, Indonesia and it is just around 8 minutes drive away from downtown Ubud centre. The View The villa faces a stunning rice field view and outdoor private pool if you are lucky when the harvest time you can see the local people are planting and harvest paddy in the rice field around the villa.

The Bedrooms The villa comes with 4 bedrooms, each spacious bedroom features a comfortable, queen-size bed, air-conditioner. It also has a connecting room with an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, sink, shower, toilet facilities, and hot water. And other two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with sink, shower, toilet facilities, and hot water, and the sliding doors open to the balcony overlooking the rice field. The Living Area The living room is fully furnished with equipped kitchen and an open-plan living room that overlooks the swimming pool and rice field scenery. The Facilities The kitchen features a long, spacious granite countertop, lots of storage space, one sink, a gas stove with three burners, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, an electric toaster oven, and tea and coffee making facilities. The Pool The swimming pool is 7 x 3 meters, it’s very much appreciated on a hot, sunny day.

It is completely private in the sense that you’re not sharing with anyone. There is a small pool deck with a little table and two chairs. The wooden gazebo is in the pool area for meditation or yoga practices at sunrise and sunset. The Parking Lot There is a big private parking space that can easily fit one car and several motorbikes conveniently located at the entrance of the house.

Please state in your inquiry if you’d require airport transfers. There’s a transfer fee of IDR 400K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9 pm – 7 am). The fee is payable to the driver directly.
