Villa Tresna is a beautiful spacious 5 bedroom villa in Central Seminyak. Just a short stroll to the beach and sunsets – but also close to popular restaurants, chic boutiques, spas, galleries and the famous Seminyak night life. Traditional Balinese materials, including ironwood shingles for the roof, creamy white palimanan stone and white terrazzo, blend with the bengkirai and teak wood harmoniously and elegantly. The tastefully furnished main building and two guest houses of Villa Tresna are set on 650 sqm of land and center around the 50 sqm pool and Jacuzzi. A large gazebo with daybed and fan sits at the bottom of the garden and is an ideal place to completely unwind and experience a Balinese massage.

The main building is 2 stories, upstairs contains the master bedroom with ensuites and a TV room, which can be converted into a 5th bedroom. Downstairs is a second bedroom, living and dining area, the living area is equipped with LCD TV with international TV channels and a DVD/CD player. There is ample seating with comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy the villa together. The dining space is located on the same floor as the kitchen and living space. The elegant dining table and chairs in front of another water feature make a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with stylish stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, all cutlery, dining/china ware and water cooler dispenser with complimentary refills.

Main building, upstairs, with large balcony overlooking the garden and pool. King size-bed, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, safety deposit box in the wardrobe, large en-suite shower, bath tub and twin wash basins.

Room 2 – Twin Bedroom

Main building, downstairs, with own terrace overlooking a water feature. Two single beds can be converted into a king sized bed, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, safety deposit box in the wardrobe, large en-suite shower and wash basin.

Room 3 – Guest House 1

Guest house 1, with own terrace faces the swimming pool and garden. King size-bed, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, safety deposit box in the wardrobe, large en-suite shower, bathtub and wash basin.

Room 4 – Guest House 2

Guest house 2, with own terrace faces the swimming pool and garden. Two single beds can be converted into a king sized bed, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, safety deposit box in the wardrobe, large en-suite shower, bathtub and wash basin.

Room 5 – TV Room

Adjoining the master bedroom is the TV room complete with LCD TV with international TV channels, DVD/CD player and speakers.

The TV room can also be set up as a 5th bedroom, and configured as 2 singles or a King Bed to suit your needs

Grounds & landscaping

The grounds of the villa are dominated by a beautiful big infinity swimming pool, surrounded by a tropical garden with a lovely local manicured jungle feel. At the end of the pool is a gazebo with a daybed, pillows, fan and music just perfect for reading, sleeping, a massage or a game. The grounds also include plenty of sun lounges and a sunning area all of which will make your holiday unforgettable and filled with wonderful memories.

Location

The villa is situated down a quiet lane near the beach, called Gang Melon. A short walk will bring you into the centre of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries and nightclubs. The villa is also within walking distance of Legian, the area between Seminyak and Kuta, where you will find more shops, boutiques and famous restaurants. The villa is also conveniently close to Bintang Supermarket, located on Jalan Raya Seminyak, where you can get your groceries. The beach is only a 600m walk from the villa, which is the perfect place to enjoy a stunning sunset. The Villa is an oasis nestled in a quiet lane but conveniently only a stroll to everything you’ll need to make your holiday perfect.
There is also private parking available in front of the villa.
