The villa offers a lovely modern Balinese atmosphere. A few minutes drive and you are right in the bustling heart of Seminyak – Oberoi street, also named “Eat Street” because of the big choice of nice and affordable restaurants.

A short walk and you will reach trendy beach clubs like Ku De Ta, Hu’U bar, and Potato Head beach club.

This unique location of this villa offers you peace, privacy, and an unforgettable introduction to Balinese culture, but also the possibility to enjoy a wide range of nightlife entertainment that Bali has to offer. It’s an ideal place from where you can explore all the charming, enchanting, and cozy places of Bali’s southwest coast.

The spacious 3 bedrooms villa has an open living and dining area, decorated in Indonesian style. A fully equipped kitchen provides all western features to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living room features a big dining table for 8 seated guests and Balinese style sofas in front of a flat-screen TV with international channels and a DVD player.

Three spacious bedrooms located on the ground floor and face the living room and a tropical garden. All bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with bathtub, shower, and big wardrobes with safety box.

A swimming pool, decorated with natural stones has shallow parts for kids. For extra safety, we can install a pool fence. The wooden deck by the pool features 4 sunbeds and an umbrella. Another beautiful place for day relaxation is a gazebo, surrounded by a fish pond.

There is one parking lot next to the villa.
