On the far side of the pool, there is another air-conditioned double kingsize bedroom that can be converted to a twin bedroom if needed with an outdoor style bathroom.

Behind this bedroom, you will find two more air-conditioned rooms with bathrooms: A fully equipped gym where you can work off the kilos that Ketut’s cooking might be responsible for and a massage room with two massage beds.

But the best feature of Villa Phinisi might be the 100m2 sunken living room where recycled wood from traditional Indonesian sailing boats blends with modern elegance, comfort, and design. Relax on the comfortable built-in sofa with spectacular sights onto the garden and into the depths of the pool: a magnificent lagoon with mother of pearl encrusted little fish, lots of shallow areas, and a beach to play and relax.

At night, you might want to close the large sliding doors, turn on the air conditioning and watch a movie from our DVD library on the 2.3m retractable screen.

Villa Phinisi is the perfect venue for small and large parties and receptions. Our staff can cater to up to 60 guests, so if you have a birthday or wedding coming up, send us an email. It will all be handled with love and respect and if you stay in the Bali spirit in terms of decoration and food it will be very reasonably priced as we only charge cost price for ingredients plus 10%.

Villa Phinisi – is located within our 4-villa complex in the “beachside” area of Oberoi, on a quiet gang just off the main Jl. Raya Oberoi.

This is an ideal location, as it affords our guests to enjoy both a sense of quietude and seclusion, while at the same time, being within a short walking-distance to Seminyak’s huge selection of boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife.

Villa Phinisi is also a very short 3-minute walk for the world famous, KuDeTa beach-front restaurant and club and the adjoining stretch of gorgeous beach.
