On 3 levels including roof top garden a mix of polished concrete floors and crisp white walls play homage to our hand crafted furnishings. Upon entering, be greeted with vast impressive spaces, that allow for partying or relaxing, the choice is yours.

Ground floor has views of the 18 meter long pool from every angle where you can play a competitive game of billiards. Alternatively, large comfortable couch seating allows you to kick back and watch your favorite DVD with a Bose surround system completing the experience.

Next floor up contains 4 bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms, with the master featuring a large balcony and outdoor bathtub.

Top floor is our rooftop deck with impressive uninterrupted views across the land, including Mt Kintamani. An inviting spa here adds to this luxurious space, as does a built in BBQ where staff can cook dinner while you take in the beautiful vista that surrounds you on our rooftop lounges.

Location is everything in Bali, and you are in no better position than here. Just a 2 minute walk from Seminyak’s Eat Street, Ultimo, Chandi, Ginger Moon, and Champagne Bar are our neighbors, whilst KuDeTa and Potato Head are only minutes away.
