Designed by one of Australia’s best, Villa Levi is a newly built private villa perfectly positioned in the popular district of Seminyak. The villa is stone’s throw away from many of the café, restaurants, beach clubs and bar hotspots such as the W Hotel, Potato Head, ShangHai Baby, Sarong, and Café Organic and just a walk to Seminyak beach. The stunning villa consists of four levels offering spacious living areas, bedrooms with a modern contemporary design, and a magical rooftop garden – perfect for a late afternoon tanning session or evening cocktail.

Villa Levi is built on 300 m2.

On the ground floor, the villa has its own 12m swimming pool along with pool loungers and a seating area. The villa has a walled garden offering plenty of space for privacy and relaxation. On the same level, there is an open plan air-conditioned and fan-cooled living and dining room decorated with stylish interiors along with an adjoining kitchen. The living area features a 42” television with cable channels, a DVD player, Internet connection, and surround sound with wireless connectivity. The kitchen is fully equipped and meals can easily be prepared during your stay.

On the second and third levels, there are four well-appointed bedrooms complete with air conditioning and private balconies. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with double vanity and standing shower. The bedrooms feature safe deposit boxes and plenty of storage space.

On the fourth level, there is a rooftop garden and BBQ area complete with lounge seating designed for outdoor entertaining. Safe deposit boxes in all bedrooms.

The villa offers full staff including a site manager, and housekeeping. Laundry service and car hire can be arranged at a fee. Villa Levi comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Breakfast available upon request will be prepared by the staff at cost of groceries only.

STAFF AVAILABILITY / VILLA CLEANING

We treat our staff like family and they will treat you just the same. The villas will be cleaned between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday & 9 am – 12 pm Saturday. Staff will be off on Sunday.

All of our properties come with the services of our guest relations manager, who will be pleased to assist with tours/transport, massages and spas, babysitting and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.
