Villa Kalila is a compact and uniquely stylish Seminyak hideaway that’s been beautifully designed to both flood the space with light and make the most of the area. The villa is decorated in a chic Asian Western style that’s both colourful and minimalist for a comfortable and stylish haven of escape. The long clear pool stretches the length of the villa, offering a refreshing dip to relieve you from the tropical heat. Villa Kalila’s location in central Seminyak makes it ideal for those wanting to frequent Bali’s best cafes and bars or take their credit card out for a spin in Bali’s high-end shopping boutiques.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, each air-conditioned and enclosed behind sliding glass doors that offer sunshine and pool views from every angle. Each is decked out with a king-sized bed dressed in stunningly soft linen and accented with bright colours. The second room can easily be converted into two twin-sized beds if you have children with you. The ensuites are open-air mosaic and stone escapes with rainfall showers you won’t want to get out of. The bedrooms both have large wall-mounted mirrors placed above the bed heads which expand the space and reflect the greenery and shimmer of the azure blue pool water across the room. Resting is essential on your Bali holiday, so take advantage of these cool, air-conditioned havens to fully relax. Feel free to pull the curtains and sleep in, or leave the doors open to the breeze as you kick back and read a book.

Living Area

The living space has a stone feature wall combined with soaring whitewashed walls that peak around it creating an area that you’ll just love to hang out in. There are a couch and comfortable chairs in bright accented colours arranged around a postmodern style coffee table. Make this cozy space your own and turn on the television for some escape into the latest movies or order in some food and eat at the dining room table which seats four people. Fans cool this area from above and you’ll find the kitchen fully stocked with all the basic amenities you need to create simple dishes. There’s a fresh food supermarket close by if you prefer to make your own and we can even pre-stock your fridge before your arrival for a small extra charge. Bali is internationally acclaimed for fine dining and there are dozens of restaurants in the area. Whether you want to eat in-house or eat out, make sure you keep some cold drinks in the fridge so you can kick back and relax on your Bali villa holiday.

Outside Area

Wooden decking runs the length of the pool, joining the living areas to the bedrooms. The outside area is dotted with palms and has comfortable sun loungers for catching some rays behind the privacy of the high stone walls. Feel free to fully relax and disrobe at Villa Kalila, you may as well avoid any telling suntan lines and soak up the vitamin D while you can! The rectangular pool is fresh, clear and blue just waiting for you to wake up in the morning and jump in for some laps or float on your back as the sun sets and the stars come out in Bali’s stunning clear evenings.

Location

Villa Kalila is in the centre of Seminyak but tucked away at the end of a gang so you still have peace and quiet! It’s less than five minutes walk to some excellent cafes and restaurants including Grocer and Grind, Sisterfields or Bossman. Nearby you’ll find a couple of small malls. Seminyak Square Shopping Mall and Seminyak Village. They each have spas and retail shops where you can pick up international brands. Mexicola is a very lively restaurant that’s famous for its tequila and just a fifteen-minute walk from the villa you’ll find yourself at Kudeta, Kiln restaurant or even on a lounge chair taking in the sunset with a well-deserved beer at Bali’s famous Potato Head club.

Please state in your inquiry if you’d require airport transfers. There’s a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9 pm – 7 am). The fee is payable to the driver directly.
