Villa Kaja

Among collections of traditional and exotic treasures from all around Indonesia, the architecture is one of a kind, complete with stories and magic journeys for any cultural lover, also the best attraction is Villa Kaja is quietly adjacent to the New Bintang supermarket with access to anything required in a minute.

While not many villas in Bali often open their doors to pet and animal lovers, Villa Kaja is a sanctuary for them to play around in the grassy area expertly curated by the in-house caretaker.

While entering the villa you will find the main garden decorated with tall trees and endless plants which gives the garden a jungle atmosphere. In this area, you also have the swimming pool with a brand-new wood deck alongside outdoor showers for a fun day in the sun. Everything is made for a perfect relaxing time in sun lounges with enough sunshine on a summer day. You will see wood handcrafts here and there, scattered purposely for aesthetic therapy for your eyes.

Behind those tall trees, meet the in-house pets; Gihat and Angel the indoor dogs, Speedy the turtle, Gemuk the iguana, and a home parrot. These cute and lovely occupants welcome you while entering the house and will be playfully available for you all day until the caretaker put them in their cages at night.

At the junction with the pool and wood deck is the lounge and living room area, a spacious semi-open space. The living area provides a large sofa, flat screen and small table while the kitchen is fully equipped and leads to another spacious dining room. The water is filtered and safe to drink, one of the rare benefits you can’t find in other villas.

The stairs will bring you to the second floor where you’ll see two other bedrooms and an open-air lounge. You will appreciate the large balcony and garden view from above with comfortable couches and a minibar for your favourite drink time of the day.

Villa Kaja has a total of 4 bedrooms; one in a small guest house on the right side of the entrance gate, one on the first floor next to the kitchen, and another two on the second floor.

The small guest house is small yet comfortable with complete facilities from queen size bed to an indoor fridge. The bathroom is semi-open air with a unique hand-crafted door from Kalimantan. It has a spacious balcony with chair lounges, with a direct view of the pool and the garden.

One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other two (including the master bedroom) are located on the second floor. Each one has ensuite bathrooms, except for the guest bedroom on the second floor, TV screen with international satellite channels is available in every room and in the living room with Indonesian TV Channels. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a prestigious mattress. This room also offers you an outdoor balcony, a sunroof for natural lights in the bathroom, a reading chair and a sitting table with a mirror. A large dressing is available to put all your clothes as well as a safety box and a mosquito net. The huge bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower and one sink with a big mirror.

The guest bedroom on the second floor is smaller and can be reached by turning left after you arrived at the top of the stairs. With a queen size bed with a prestigious mattress and a small dressing table, you will have to use the bathroom on the first floor. This room is perfect for kids, considering the minimal furniture and safe distance from the parent’s room in the master bedroom.

The other guest bedroom on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom offers another comfort with a queen bed, TV and large closet to store all your clothes. With a unique sensor on the outdoor shower door, you will see a beautiful water fountain each time you opened the door. The amenities are staples to ensure your comfort during your stay.
