The Joglos is a complex of four beautiful villas: Villa Sara, Villa Tess, Villa Emma, and Villa Louise, peacefully nestled in the area around Seminyak outskirt. This quiet, safe and fashionable area is 25-35 minutes drive from the international airport and conveniently located for shopping, and nightspots. It is also just a few minutes drive from the white-sanded Petitenget Beach, well-known for its breathtaking sunset and panoramic coastline views, as well as a wide choice of internationally renowned fine dining restaurants, including the famous Metis, KuDeTa, Hu’u, Living Room, and La Lucciola.

All the main houses are fully restored traditional Javanese Teak “Joglo” houses, fused with modern-day fittings and furniture. Each spacious villa sits discretely within its own secure walled garden, accessed by a private entrance. The main house contains two master bedrooms equipped with AC, both featuring an outdoor en-suite bathroom with a hot-cold shower. A fully equipped kitchen and simple but stylish dining room areas allow for comfortable dining. Experience. The land size of 400m2 and building size of 150m2 of each villa present a simple structure and layout, yet warm cozy, and inviting!

Opposite the main house, on the other end of the pool, the self-standing third bedroom is a gorgeous full teak bungalow with an outdoor en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is also equipped with a safe deposit box to make sure your mind rests in peace.

A few steps from the ethnic interior designed living area, you plunge into a ten-meter swimming pool. Sun loungers lay beautifully on the side of the pool, so after you take the plunge you can relax and let the surrounding jungle canopy take you to a place far from the hectic pace of the day.

Each villa at The Joglos is equipped with a modern entertainment system, including flat-screen TV with a Cable TV program and a DVD player. The Joglos also have free Wi-Fi internet that will keep you connected to the outside world without taking you away from your own personal tropical oasis.

The villa staff is professionally trained to make your stay extremely enjoyable. The Villa Maid is well trained in housekeeping and cooking, as well as babysitting for that special occasion. Gardeners are professionals who maintain the garden beautiful as well as upkeeping the pool. Security Guards are, on hand, both at day and night time.

Villa Manager

The Villa Manager is on duty 3 times a week, scheduled to visit the villa unless there is an urgent matter that requires his attention. He works hand in hand with his assistant and all villa staff to make sure that the property is well-maintained and the guest is well-provided for.

Assistant to Villa Manager

The Assistant Villa Manager is on duty with daily schedules to visit the villa. He assists the Villa Manager in order to make sure that the property is well-maintained and the guest is well looked after.

Villa Maids

2 of the Maids work normally from 08.00 until 16.00 (8 hours), and 1 of the Maids work normally from 12.00 until 19.00 (8 hours – turn down service). However, they are flexible to follow your schedule, so please communicate with them to adjust to your preference.s If you need the Maid to work overtime (more than 8 hours per day), there will be an additional charge of IDR 30,000 per hour per staff.

Cook

One of our Villa Maids is trained to cook a simple yet delicious meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as detailed in the Villa Menu. If you would like to have a special menu for lunch or dinner, there is a Cook at your service, free of charge, for a maximum of 6 pax. A charge for an extra person is IDR 50,000 per pax for 1-time cooking.

Gardener and Pool Maintenance

The Gardeners work from 07.00 until 17.00. Their duties are taking care of the garden, including cleaning the swimming pool.

Security Guards

One of the security guards will be on duty from 17.00 until 01.00. Two security guards will be on duty from 23.00 until 07.00 the next morning.

All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager, who will be pleased to assist with tours/transport, massages and spas, babysitting, and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is memorable experience.

Please state in your inquiry if you’d require airport transfers. There’s a transfer fee of IDR 175K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9 pm – 7 am). The fee is payable to the driver directly.
