All rooms have antique floors from hardwood, are individually decorated, and offer wonderful views of the garden and pool through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

Discover the big sunken living room with a panoramic window into the huge pool, a signature feature of our villas, lagoon-style, clear turquoise color, with a mother of pearl encrusted beach and lots of shallow areas to play and relax.

Various comfortable sunbeds can be set either in the water of the shallow beach for an intense tanning session or onto the manicured lawn under the lush tropical green of the garden for a cooling nap.

You can enjoy cable TV or movies on the huge screen in the living room, comfortably seated on the large and cozy sofa. Close the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and put the AC on or leave it open to enjoy the breeze of the evening. The kitchen is integrated and offers a big bar-style table for a relaxed snack, or a cup of tea and a nice big fridge to store the ice-cold beer.

This is as well where our chef Ketut creates culinary wonders on the hot stone grill. Just choose from his tempting western and local menu and for the cost price of the ingredients plus 10%, he will do all the shopping, preparation, grilling, and cooking to suit all your needs.

Just a couple of steps up, the outside dining area, surrounded by the lagoon of the pool features a huge table from Lychee wood and seats 10 adults very comfortably. One of the central places in the house where everyone gathers for delicious meals or a glass of wine and hangs out for a chat.

Covering 680 square meters, the shingle-roof property comprises a large two-story building complemented by an independent one-bedroom bungalow, well-integrated within a lush, flat-lawned garden.

Villa Jempiring – is located within our 4-villa complex in the “beachside” area of Oberoi, on a quiet gang just off the main Jl. Raya Oberoi.

This is an ideal location, as it affords our guests to enjoy both a sense of quietude and seclusion, while at the same time, being within a short walking-distance to Seminyak’s huge selection of boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife.

Villa Jempiring is also a very short 3-minute walk for the world famous, KuDeTa beach-front restaurant and club and the adjoining stretch of gorgeous beach.
