A fabulous newly renovated 6 bedroom 5 bathroom villa in the fantastic location of Seminyak. Close to many restaurants, spas, and boutiques yet quiet, secluded and private. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes.

The villa itself is spread over 2 floors with 4 ensuite bedrooms located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor with a very large shared bathroom.

Lounge

Located on the ground floor is the open lounge area, meals, and kitchen all of which overlook the 14m pool, traditional bamboo gazebo, and tropical garden.

This room also has a large TV that can also be viewed from the pool, it has Foxtel and Australian channels.

Meals

A large 12 seat dinner table occupies this space, overlooking the pool and next to the kitchen, you’re never far from the fun and activities of your friends and family. Meals prepared by the staff and or Chef can be arranged

Kitchen

A practical galley kitchen to create all kinds of wonderful meals and tasty snacks, complete with microwave, cooktop, and large fridge.

Home Cinema

Again located on the ground floor, this air-conditioned home cinema is a great place to relax whilst you watch a movie or the football on the 50″ LED TV, this room has 60 Cable Vision channels (most in English) as well as Australian TV and Foxtel channels as well and surrounds sound system.

Bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms (1-4) located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms (5 & 6) on the upper floor, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with 32″ TVs and Cable Vision (Local and International Channels).

• Bedroom 1 has a super king-size bed and is ensuite-equipped.
• Bedroom 2 has twin singles which can be converted to a king double size bed if requested and is ensuite equipped. This room is also suitable for people who are elderly or require wheelchair access, the bathroom has safety rails.
• Bedroom 3 has twin singles which can be converted to a king-size bed if requested, and ensuite equipped.
• Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed and is ensuite-equipped.
• Bedroom 5 has a super king-size double bed and shares a large double bathroom on this floor.
• Bedroom 6 has a super king-size double bed and shares a large double bathroom on this floor.
• Note that bedrooms 5 and 6 have a terrace overlooking the pool where you can sit and read or have a quiet chat and a cup of coffee.

All baby and toddler requirements such as cot, bedrails, highchair, stroller, and car seats can also be accommodated.

All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager who will be able to assist with massages/spa treatments, tours and travel, car or scooter hire, and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.

Please state in your inquiry if you’d require airport transfers. There’s a transfer fee of IDR 175K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9 pm – 7 am). The fee is payable to the driver directly.
