Ava Villa consists of two bedrooms luxury villas designed by local architects CV Tiga Utama Karya and is situated in the heart of fashionable Oberoi. The villas are a short walk to the beach and only 200 meters from some of Oberoi’s favorite restaurants and bars such as Ku de ta, Ultimo, Rumors, and many others. Each villa has been designed with luxury in mind and finished with the highest quality materials and workmanship. The use of natural stones, fabrics, and local artwork gives the villas a truly elegant feel.

We have the right to limit the maximum of 4 people.

Inclusion

Welcome drink, soft drink in the fridge & chill towel & fruit platter & flower arrangement upon arrival, daily mineral water, daily cleaning, internet on complimentary, 24 hours security guards.

Bedrooms

Each private villa consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, sat. TV and video, with oversized bathrooms, with his and her showers, basins, and freestanding baths and finished with Italian marble and decorative stone carvings.

Amenities

Each villa has its own private spa for eight people and a plunge pool surrounded by natural gardens and a gazebo. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with the latest mod cons and a large covered fully furnished living and dining area.

Service

The bathrooms will be supplied with soap, shampoo, bath gel, cotton buds, tissues, etc.

The villa staff consists of housekeepers, gardeners, security guards, etc. They will take care of all routine work such as cleaning your villa, changing linen and towels, etc. Our top villas include a manager who will take care of ANY requirements you might have.

Charge US$50 for a car with driver available 8 hours per day, cost of petrol will be charged extra. More than eight hours we will add to the cost of overtime which is US$5 an hour. Our English-speaking driver will take your destination of choice.

We also have several spas and babysitters from which you can choose to come to our villa.

We can give you up-to-date advice on restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, and we’ll try to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

For the spa and babysitters, we require four hours prior notice and cancellations will be charged.

Location

Villa Ava Bali is set in a quiet compound less than 100 meters from the main road in the center of Oberoi. The international airport is about 20 minutes away. Many interesting shops are right on the main street near the villa; it’s about 1km to the beach, and a few minutes by walk distance to an increasing number of fashionable restaurants including Café Warisan, Ku de Ta, Hu’u, The Living Room, La Luciola, Trattoria, Mykonos, etc.

All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager, who will be pleased to assist with tours/transport, massages and spas, babysitting, and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is memorable experience.

Please state in your inquiry if you’d require airport transfers. There’s a transfer fee of IDR 200K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9 pm – 7 am). The fee is payable to the driver directly.

Additional amenities include highchair, parking – on-street, kitchen utensils provided.
