Villa Ashmik

The Villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms over 2 floors.

Recently renovated and extended, we have furnished this property with the holiday guest in mind.

On the lower floor, there is a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. This area can be opened up via the bi-fold doors to allow alfresco-style living. This area has 50″ TV and sound system.

The kitchen has a large side-by-side fridge/freezer, a full cooker with an oven, and a microwave.

The dinner table seats 12 people, ideal for a dinner party.

Also on the lower floor, there are 2 large ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds.

On the upper floor, there is a large air-conditioned lounge/meals area with seating for 12-14 people complete with a sound system and 42″ TV and Cable Vision.

The upper floor also has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with a combination of double and single beds. Two of these bedrooms are ensuite and two bedrooms are sharing the 5th bathroom.

All bedrooms have 32′ Flat Screen TV’s

The garden has a pool 8m x 3.5m (optional Pool Fence) and a large sunbed area for catching up on the tan. There is also a small sofa set at the opposite end of the pool which is ideal for a quiet conversation. The area is planted with tropical foliage and has a lawn area to enhance the space.

This villa is ideal for 2 families or a large group of couples, the location is excellent, in a quiet laneway but only a minute’s walk from great shops, restaurants, and bars.
