Only a few minutes walk down a quiet lane, and you are in the middle of Seminyak’s famous restaurant, bar, night club, and boutique shopping district! Perfectly positioned!

Traditional Balinese furnishings create a cheerful air and the villa décor is punctuated with artwork, including antique sculptures collected from across Indonesia by the owner. Not only convenient but beautiful, and comfortable too!

The main building houses the living area, dining space, and kitchen downstairs, as well as a bedroom, TV room, and office upstairs. The spacious living area features two sofas and a big-screen television. The dining area has a round marble-topped table and six chairs, encouraging socializing as well as group dining. Set to one side of the living space is the fully equipped kitchen featuring a large refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a water dispenser, a coffee maker and blender, as well as ample pots and pans, utensils. cutlery, glasses, and chinaware.

Upstairs, the landing area is furnished as a TV room with a small sofa and a balcony that runs across this space as well as the master bedroom to the left. This balcony has a small seating area from which you can enjoy the view of the outdoor pool area.

Across from this area is an office, with a comfortable desk and chair should you need to do any work while you are staying with us in Bali. This room can also be set up as a double bedroom on request.

Upstairs is the spacious air-conditioned master bedroom with a ceiling fan, which has a four-poster king-sized bed, wardrobe with a safety deposit box, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other two bedrooms are located in separate guesthouses overlooking the swimming pool. They are each equipped with king-sized beds covered by mosquito nets, a desk, air conditioners, and ceiling fans as well as having en-suite bathrooms with showers and dressing areas.
