Sumberkima is a seaside village next to Pemuteran close to Menjangan Island, diving and snorkeling paradise. It has diverse scenery and authentic culture steeped in tradition. Here you can truly relax away from the bustle of the south. The resort has panoramic views of the hills, the bay of Sumberkima and the volcanoes of Java. It comes with two restaurants at the retreat, serving local and international cuisines. The reception team can organise all your excursions, yoga sessions and spa treatments.

Villa Cinta, which means ‘love’ in Indonesian, is the ideal getaway for a couple or a family with two children. The bedroom opens out into the pool with joyous views all around. There is a bunkbed behind sliding doors, to ensure space and privacy. At the top level is the airy lounge and kitchen area as well as a balcony with sweeping views of the bay.

From here, you can witness extraordinary sunsets as well as sunrises, and gaze fondly at the volcanoes of Java in the distance as well as the cosmic Bali Sea. Relax, unwind and feel the sea breeze in your hair as you laze about on the swing bed or the loungers! Villa Cinta has a gorgeous private pool with amazing sea and sunrise views. You can also use the two communal pools at the retreat. A 30 meter infinity pool with views overlooking the barat national parc and the volcanos on Java, located in the central part of the retreat. A second pool is located in the south part of the retreat. You can reach it after a 10 minute stroll uphill. This is the Lingga pool, with spectacular sunset views behind the Java volcanoes.

Two restaurants are available at the retreat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Suma and Senja restaurant. Suma restaurant offers fusion food and has a panoramic view overlooking the hills and the bay of Sumberkima. Senja Restaurant is an Indonesian restaurant with colourful sunset views behind the volcanoes of Java, overlooking the Barat National Park. You can also order room service from a special menu and enjoy your food in the privacy of your own villa.

We have a yoga pavilion and teacher available, the Yoga pavilion has a perfect view towards the sea. We also offer traditional and healing massage and beauty treatments at our spa.

Additional Info

Every villa has a mobile phone to make it easy to contact the reception, for instance to organise a trip, make a spa or massage appointment, book the free shuttle or to contact both restaurants. You can find a guest book in every villa which contains a comprehensive list of things to do in the area and also mentions our general manager’s number for emergencies.
