The Villa

Upon arrival through the traditional Balinese gates, you will be immediately struck by the private, intimate nature of this property. The main pavilion consists of well-appointed open-plan living and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen. The huge dining table, great sofa, armchairs, and scatter cushions, make this a perfect villa for relaxation or entertainment.

Timber decking leads to a lovely swimming pool. Again relaxation is the theme – spend your time in the pool or on one of the sunbeds with a good book.

The shady, air-conditioned bedrooms are simply huge and both can be designated as master suites. The first bedroom is part of the main villa pavilion and has a king-sized bed with a very generous dressing area and a charming indoor/outdoor bathroom. The huge windows look out onto an enclosed, private tropical garden area. The second bedroom is a separate building, with a king-sized bed and mosquito net and a similar indoor/outdoor bathroom set-up. This room looks out onto the pool in one direction and to a lovely tropical garden in the other.

The theme throughout Escape is one of understated, beach décor with whitewashed timbers complimenting traditional Balinese style elements.

With its prime Sandy Bay location, this is a great base from which to explore the island. Also, we will be happy to arrange any activities you wish for your stay – diving, snorkeling, and surfing lessons are just some of the available options.

If you prefer just to relax, then the villa is ideally set up for that. You will not even need to move much for food as the Sandy Bay Beach Club is only a 30-meter stroll from the door and they will even prepare take-out meals for you.

This is a great value option and one which you will certainly not regret booking.
