Toraja 4 Bedroom Villa

The villa was built in 2011 with a size land 1.131 m2 and a building of 599.5 m2 by Architect Esa International. Modern materials have been used to build this villa and the interior design fits the high-end residential villa. At the same time, the traditional Indonesian design such as the high Toraja roof gives this modern villa an authentic twist.

The contrast between the high level of equipment & details and the ultimate comfort in a very authentic environment of terrace rice fields is unique as well. The villa has unique landscapes with tropical gardens, surrounding the round-shaped swimming pool, representing the passion of the owner. Our villa manager is supervising 8 staff, including 1 chef, 2 housekeepers, 1 butler, 1 gardener and swimming pool attendant, 1 maintenance and 2 security guards.

Stepping down to the garden we access the four bedrooms with glass walls facing the garden and the pool for a great panoramic view. Three bedrooms offer king-size beds and one bedroom has a double bed. Air-conditioning, blackout curtain, satellite flat-screen TV, iPod dock, dressing area, en-suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub are standard for each bedroom at Toraja Villa.

The two bedrooms have size 50 m2 and another two are 39.95 m2 and 48.39 m2. All the bedrooms are nicely decorated with special light features. A fifth room has been designed and fully equipped as a media room and provide also an Xbox 360 with lots of game choices. This room can be converted into a bedroom and has its own attached bathroom with an open-air shower

From the parking area, a staircase is leading to the main entrance with a beautiful traditional wooden door. Step inside the villa and a bridge take you to the open-air common area. A professional bar with a plain wood counter links both the living and dining area. The professional bar’s also provided with 4 high chairs.

The stylish living area features a large sofa that can accommodate 8 persons with a sound system Bose and satellite TV in addition to the amazing view of the pool garden and rice fields. Behind it, the long plain wood dining table accommodates easily 10 persons. The living and dining area have size 92.67 m2. On one side, the butler room and a closed fully-equipped kitchen, are facing on the other side the wine cellar and guest restroom.

GARDEN AND POOL

The 80m2 infinite swimming pool has a unique round shape with an incorporated whirlpool. The garden is manicured with a grass lawn and different types of tropical trees, plants, and flowers. The garden and swimming pool are facing directly to rice fields that have beautiful landscapes all the time.

The car park has enough space for 3 cars. Toraja Villa is located in Canggu, 7 minutes away from the famous Echo beach. Situated at the edge of a traditional Balinese village with a peaceful environment, Toraja Villa gives you the true Balinese experience with a direct view of the rice field that can be illuminated at night. The villa is situated 35 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Seminyak the famous shopping and entertainment area, and 15 minutes from Nirwana one of the best Golf courses in Asia.

All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager, who will be pleased to assist with tours/transport, massages and spas, babysitting, and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is memorable experience.

Please state in your inquiry if you’d require airport transfers. There’s a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9 pm – 7 am). The fee is payable to the driver directly.
