The house is set on a wide 2000 sqm land, featuring nice volumes, open leaving areas overlooking the garden, with the pool view embracing an old Balinese temple, a typical Javanese Gladak on the right and the gazebo on the left.

Located just 1.9 km from Batu Belig Beach, Villa Maimalu features a private pool, garden, and free private parking. It is our family house that we occasionally rent when we are away. Our little furry friend, a 5 yo Beagle called Nusa is living in the property. She is really affectionate and she will welcome you with gratitude. The beauty of this place is that the house that integrates naturally in this big garden. It is kind of a unique space in the busy Seminyak, Umalas area.

All 3 AC bedrooms are about 50 sqm each, which each has a front private terrace and en-suite bathroom. 2 Bedrooms are on the ground floor, the Master Bedroom and the Garden Gladak. 1 Bedroom is on the 2nd floor, which is the room with the 2 additional sliding single beds. Ideal for kids’ room and space. As well as the TV room with his 65″ LCD TV and a comfortable couch to chill and relax. The lounge, dining room, and kitchen are wide open on a lush tropical garden and overlooking a beautiful 22mtr pool. The pool deck with its sunbeds will be the favorite space for the family to hang out, and the Balinese gazebo a place to chill during the day.

A team of cleaning staff, garden, and pool guys are working every day and will assist you during your stay with anything you need.
