Completed in 2019, the architects and interior designers have magnificently united comfort and well-considered contemporary design solutions with child-friendly spaces. Living Accommodation

Villa Charick’s extensive living accommodation incorporates both open-air and interior areas for guests to relax, all of which have been exquisitely considered by the Charick team. Inside comprises an impressive open-plan living and dining area with a separate kitchen at one end and a media room at the other. In the latter, heavy-panelled teak doors can be drawn to shut out the light and noise cocooning guests in the world of whichever blockbuster they decide to watch. Large patio windows line both sides of this vast room, meaning the area can be air-conditioned or opened to the gentle sea breeze depending on the preference of the guests.

Clean lines and a minimalist palette combined with deliciously warm teak floors, ceiling panels, and doors create a space that is both modern and cosy. The large kitchen is white, grey, and teak with the latest Modena appliances and a Gaggia Anima coffee machine for that all-important kick-start to the day. Immediately outside the kitchen is a bar where the butler serves pre-dinner drinks before the guests move to the solid wood dining table with bench seats which comfortably seats 12.
Outside likwanyu glamorously drapes from planters around the villa’s roofs creating an attractive curtain of tropical greenery. The property is entered via a gate at the front which is a large double garage and security post. On arrival, guests immediately alight into a covered bar area, open to the elements along one side, where the villa manager greets them and serves a welcome drink and refreshing oshibori. The team at Villa Charick takes great pride in providing the highest standard of service.

The outdoor bar and seating area have comfortable sofas as well as a high bar table and a separate outdoor shower and bathroom. The 15 x 4-meter pool, lined with glorious palimanan stone, glitters in the chinks of sunlight shining through the palm trees. At one end discover a large shallow splash zone for the children and at the other, on the decking, find a double day bed and two single day beds where the adults can recline and supervise. Furthermore, the kids have a designated entertainment room upstairs offering endless hours of fun equipped with a Nintendo Switch and HDTV.

Accommodation
This stunning villa has 3 large bedrooms and one children’s room with four sets of bunk beds and a shower room. All the adult rooms have beautiful king-size canopy beds, walk-in wardrobes of varying sizes, and beautifully integrated en-suites with bathtubs.

The master bedroom is exceptionally spacious and magnificently designed, so the bathtub is part of the main room with the toilet sitting behind frosted glass doors. The two further double bedrooms are similar in design but slightly smaller while the children’s bunk room has a nautical feel and appears like a ship’s galley. Light, bright, and stunningly furnished, all the bedrooms are delightful places to spend your holiday nights.

Staff

This outstanding villa in Canggu has a full quota of experienced and dedicated staff who take great care to look after guests efficiently and discreetly during their stay. The team includes a villa manager chef, two butlers/housekeeping, and a gardener who also deals with pool maintenance as well as 24-hour security. A grocery shopping service is available at a percentage charge, and a driver can be hired for day excursions to different parts of the island.

Location

Set on a quiet lane in Canggu, Villa Charick is perfectly nestled only a few hundred meters from the beach and with easy access to the amenities of this lively area. Visit some fantastic nearby restaurants such as One-Eyed Jack’s and Savage Kitchen or one of the bespoke-style cafes serving a mix of Western, Asian fusion, and Indonesian food. Also, only a few minutes away are the famous Finns Beach Club, the Canggu Club, and Desi Seni’s internationally renowned yoga shala.

Canggu’s surfing beaches are also within easy reach with Berawa two minutes’ drive away and Old Mans a little further off. Along Berawa Beach find countless beach shacks serving beers, budget food, and coconuts making this a favourite spot for watching the spectacular sunsets celebrated on this coast. Moreover, find a plethora of boutique shops stocking everything from stylish homewares to the latest sports and beach attire.

For day trips to other parts of the island, head to Seminyak for shopping, Ubud for cultural heritage, and Uluwatu for superb beaches and stunning views. However, whatever island adventure guests choose, they will always look forward to returning to Villa Charick with its sleek beauty and warm, welcoming staff.

Please state in your inquiry if you’d require airport transfers. There’s a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9 pm – 7 am). The fee is payable to the driver directly.
